Rates, Reservation Page.
All rooms have maid service, air conditioning, hot and
cold water, Cable TV, exotic hardwoods and a view of the beautiful beach.
Our property is heavily shaded with trees and plants maximizing the cool
ocean breeze, protection from the sun and mid-day heat. Lodging in our
deluxe ocean front rooms are available at $95 a night for up to triple
occupancy (includes breakfast). Standard Ocean Front Rooms are $75 a night
(double occupancy). There is a $10 charge for additional persons or beds.
Private Surf Lessons are $60 an hour with reservation only. Group
Lessons are $25 per person with a minimum of three people. A deposit
is required for surf boards. Breakfast, lunch & dinner meal plans are
$30 to $50 per person per day depending on your menu option. Email us your
food requests. Surf Camp package rates are as follows, $1150 a week for
a single occupant, $895 per person for double occupancy, $795 for triples
this includes lodging, food, ground transportation and some tours. Email

, We confirm all reservations prior to arrival guaranteed, by credit card,
pre-payment deposit or, travel agency vouchers. Cancellations made 15 days
prior to the reservation date will be refunded 100%. Emergency cancellations
will be refunded up to the day of travel. We do not accept Travelers
Checks. There is a $25 charge for Lost Keys.
